Welcome to Fondsworth! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fondsworth Sales & Revenue Operations Assistant service ("Service") provided by Fondsworth ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Fondsworth, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2. Description of Service

Fondsworth provides an AI-powered assistant that integrates with HubSpot to:

• Answer questions about HubSpot processes and procedures
• Provide guidance on data entry and sales workflows
• Learn from your company-specific documentation
• Assist with sales team training and onboarding
• Maintain conversation history for Premium subscribers

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your account information up to date

3.2 Account Eligibility

Our Service is intended for business use by organizations with legitimate HubSpot accounts. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

• 3-day free trial with 3 Premium licenses
• No credit card required for trial
• Trial automatically expires without conversion to paid subscription

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Basic Plan: $25 per license per month
• Premium Plan: $50 per license per month
• Billing is monthly in advance
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may suspend service for overdue payments
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

4.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Service continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods
• Account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Fondsworth for legitimate business purposes including:

• Training sales teams on HubSpot processes
• Improving data entry consistency
• Reducing questions to revenue operations teams
• Onboarding new sales representatives

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Fondsworth to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying code
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service for competitors' benefit
• Generate or distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Process personal data in violation of privacy laws

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you provide to Fondsworth
• You grant us a license to use your data to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload data
• You must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

6.2 HubSpot Integration

• You authorize Fondsworth to access your HubSpot data as needed
• We will only access data necessary for service functionality
• You may revoke HubSpot permissions at any time
• HubSpot's terms of service also apply to integrated data

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Fondsworth retains all rights to the Service, software, and AI models
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content

• You retain ownership of your training data and custom content
• You may export your data at any time
• We do not claim ownership of your business processes or documentation

8. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

• We may update, modify, or discontinue features with notice

• We may add new features without prior notice
